CROSSELO provides global mobility, relocation, and immigration consulting services. We offer guidance, document review, and pathway mapping for clients seeking to relocate primarily to Europe and Canada. We act as consultants and advisors; we are not a government agency and do not issue visas or guarantee visa approvals.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and documents as requested during the consultation and application process. You understand that submitting false or forged documents is illegal and will result in the immediate termination of our services without refund.
Fees for our services will be explicitly stated in the client agreement provided after your initial consultation. All payments must be made in accordance with the schedule outlined in your agreement. Initial consultation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
While CROSSELO uses its expertise to maximize the chances of a successful application, the final decision to grant a visa or permit rests entirely with the respective government authorities. CROSSELO does not and cannot guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, or application.
